I'm extremely impressed with Optimum Nutrition's Glutamine Capsules. As someone who works out regularly and pushes myself hard, I've been on the lookout for a high-quality supplement to aid in muscle recovery, and this product definitely fits the bill.

These are my favorite form factor of this supplement. Having powders is just bothersome so I love having these capsules for my training and I take them before and after my workout. I do see benefits with this and recommend anyone to add l-glutamine to their diet. ON has always been a leader in the fitness industry.
