They sent me an expired product. I received my item on July 23, 2025. The expiration for the item was 08/2024.

I'm not sure if the results I'm enjoying are due to my training, my rest, my diet, my protein supplement, or this creatine. I take it daily because the science behind it is pretty strong. I wish it came with a scoop; I'm never sure if I'm getting the right amount. I wish it dissolved better, the gritty texture in my mouth and against my teeth is unpleasant. I think the process is as good as can be, given the molecule involved. The experience is still better than Creatine HCl, which is more costly and tastes absolutely vile.

works great. like all creatines, youll gain some water weight. but my lifts and recovery are awesome when on creatine. works great. i sip mine throughout the day, not a pre post kind of thing. one small scoop. i ordered a simple teaspoon just for my scoop and keep it in the container. works great if your actually lifting.

Very easy to dosage with the included spoon. Sounds strange but container size is very good. Product itself is not fancy. Thousands of competitors out there, BUT even my hand fits into the container so you can easily use it to the “last drop” without waste or filling into new container. Price is as well relatively good
