Orajel 4X Medicated For Toothache & Gum Relief, Cooling Gel, 0.25 oz (Pack of 4)

I bought this while I was at work because my teeth were hurting and I read that this will numb my gums. It did not. I'm ver disappointed. I'm supposed to apply this 4 times daily just for it to work for a few minutes. Really unsatisfied .

I bought it it does help like for 1min and then the pain comes back. The pain is their it doesn't goes away. I bought cuz I had the pain In the night and it did not help me. I stay all night up

Purchase to take away pain. I was getting better relief with clove oil. At best dulled the pain, in 20 mins the pain is back. It use to be better yrs ago, formula had to have changed.

A friend of mine brought me some to use when I had a terrible tooth ache a couple of days ago. The relief was instant and lasted all night. I went and bought some the next day.

I was in very bad pain and went out to buy the 4x orajel at 11pm on a Friday night thinking it would really help till Monday but I put it on it numbed it for only 4 minutes honestly I timed it then it went away and the pain came back. I was SO disappointed because on a pain level from 0-10 and 10 being the worse I was at an 11 I was hoping it would last AT LEAST threw the night so I could sleep for a bit but nope I was very disappointed!
