Pack of 6 for the UPC: 310310283407 INDICATIONS: Benzocaine 20%. Orajel Maximum Strength Gel Oral Pain Reliever Immediate toothache pain relief. No. 1 Oral pain reliever for toothache. INGREDIENTS: Active Ingredients: Benzocaine (20%). Inactive Ingredients: Flavor, Polyethylene Glycol, Sodium Saccharin, Sorbic Acid. DIRECTIONS: Do not use if tube tip is cut prior to opening. Cut open tip of tube on score mark. Adults and Children 2 Years and Older: Apply small amount of product to the cavity and around gum surrounding the teeth. Use up to 4 times daily or as directed by a dentist or doctor. Children Under 12 Years:Should be supervised in the use of this product. Children Under 2 Years: Ask a dentist or doctor. This preparation is intended for use in cases of toothache, only as a temporary expedient until a dentist can be consulted. Do not use continuously.

Bought two tubes for serious tooth pain and they are mostly air hardly any product at all. What a waste of money and how disappointing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So the filling on my left side of my mouth fell out. After it fell out I didn't really have any pain, but after a month or two I started to get a lot of pain. This toothpaste has really helped me while I have saved up the money to get a root canal. Now that I've had the root canal done I am good to go but this is amazing toothpaste if you're experiencing any sort of tooth pain

I have been using the Maximum Double Medicated Orajel for all pain related to teeth for the last few years. It has worked fast and effectively every time it was needed. I have tried the x3 and x4. The double is still faster and more effective. Now I am having trouble finding this product anywhere. I hope it isn't being discontinued.
