Pack of 4 for the UPC: 310310283407 INDICATIONS: Benzocaine 20%. Orajel Maximum Strength Gel Oral Pain Reliever Immediate toothache pain relief. No. 1 Oral pain reliever for toothache. INGREDIENTS: Active Ingredients: Benzocaine (20%). Inactive Ingredients: Flavor, Polyethylene Glycol, Sodium Saccharin, Sorbic Acid. DIRECTIONS: Do not use if tube tip is cut prior to opening. Cut open tip of tube on score mark. Adults and Children 2 Years and Older: Apply small amount of product to the cavity and around gum surrounding the teeth. Use up to 4 times daily or as directed by a dentist or doctor. Children Under 12 Years:Should be supervised in the use of this product. Children Under 2 Years: Ask a dentist or doctor. This preparation is intended for use in cases of toothache, only as a temporary expedient until a dentist can be consulted. Do not use continuously.

I brought this a few days ago and it numbed my lip in the inside, but nothing else. Went back to use again and it didn't work at all. It didn't even numb my lip in the inside. I made sure that I kept the top on the tube as well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So the filling on my left side of my mouth fell out. After it fell out I didn't really have any pain, but after a month or two I started to get a lot of pain. This toothpaste has really helped me while I have saved up the money to get a root canal. Now that I've had the root canal done I am good to go but this is amazing toothpaste if you're experiencing any sort of tooth pain

I have been using the Maximum Double Medicated Orajel for all pain related to teeth for the last few years. It has worked fast and effectively every time it was needed. I have tried the x3 and x4. The double is still faster and more effective. Now I am having trouble finding this product anywhere. I hope it isn't being discontinued.
