Saturday morning I woke up to my lip tingling so I looked in the mirror and noticed I had fever blisters on my lip. I purchased this product later that day and used the first of my vials that night. Then as a precaution I used the second vial Sunday morning. By sunday afternoon my cold sore was already in the crusting stage and was completly scabbed over by sunday night. Very mild itching during this stage. Now it is Monday and I've been moisturizing my lips with lanolin and the cold sore scab is almost gone. This is my first time using this product and I will definitely use again in the future. That's was the smallest cold sore I have ever had. I'll be recommending to friends and family that also get cold sores.

I bought this product after almost giving up on products all together. I've spent so much money on tea tree oil and Abreva that it makes me sick! I used the orajel and my cold sore literally disappeared and was unnoticeable! I'll never use another product. Thank you orajel for making something that actually works. Also the vitamin L-Lysine helps from preventing cold sores---best thing I've ever bought next to orajel.

I bought this today cause I receive a cold sores yesterday. I haven't even seen it before but I bought it because I would pay this much money to get rid of my cold sores. Also I have been getting cold sores since I was younger and I am now 24 I have used multiple products; abreva being one of them and this product is the only product that gave me results right away! It's nice because it actually numbs your cold sores which makes you forget you have them until you look in the mirror. It has also helped with the look of hen tho. They don't look all irrated and red and swollen which is awesome! Still waiting in the healing results though.

My family members and I get cold sores often, especially during the winter months. They are often painful and come in clusters. Cold sores for me can last over a week and are often painful. Topical solutions provide temporary relief and Rx's can be expensive. Probably the most uncomfortable time for me is during the night. Topical solutions often rub off on pillows and blankets, making them useless and sometimes messy. Orajel Cold Sore Treatment is amazing. First of all, application is quick, easy, and you don't need to use your fingers or contaminate a medication container. However it didn't help the sore from what I saw, it lasted almost 2 weeks. I'm up to giving it another try it hopes that it works better.
