[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My son is actively participate in sports activity , I was looking for healthy nutritional food for him, I am so happy that he was able to try this BOOST pudding and loved it. BOOST® Nutritional Pudding is so creamy and yummy. It has rich taste with excellent texture. I like that it is suitable for lactose intolerant like my son and didn't hurt his stomach like most. it's also gluten free which is good. I am so happy to know that there is something that I can send him to school with that he will eat happily. Perfect consistency. If you are lactose intolerant and looking for pudding where the taste is not compromised just because it is lactose free you need to try BOOST Nutritional pudding. I highly recommend it.

If you need to find a way to add extra nutrition and calories to your diet I highly recommend eating the Boost pudding. It is easy to eat easy to swallow no grandina smooth and delightful creamy rich flavor. Will definitely be buying this and it will be my new favorite snack for when the kids aren't eating healthy.
