You can replace your meal with this Boost because have all the nutrients you need. Perfect for the go. Definitely give me more energy . Boost my confidence instead to have a chocolate or something that is not nutritious this Boost are great . They have in different flavors too. Definitely recommend for elderly people if they have trouble eating meal during the day. Affordable and accessible in most places.
