Orbital TV Wall Mount & Component Mount for 13" - 20" TVs

I bought this product as it was suggested for the Emerson 20 Inch TV. There was a problem though When we got the TV the tube was very large. It did not fit as first but after taking off parts that were not needed the TV was able to fit and use all the features it said. Before ordering this product you might want to consider purchasing the larger sized one. other then the 20 inch TV not fitting which this mont was supposed to fit, The products works great with no problems so far. I am very glad I purchased this product because it doesn't use up much room when you have a small space. You may want to considering buying straps to put around the TV because it is a bit wobbly and unsafe.

I am very happy with this product. It works great. I received it quickly after I ordered and I paid for the cheapest shipping. It takes some time to assemble but totally worth it. It is a great item if you have space issues.

The "instructions" were difficult to understand, which made the installation process frustrating and longer than necessary. Once the "instructions" were deciphered, the mount was installed without hassle, and it works well.

Will I got it to work. The top hold down was useless as I needed to rotate the TV base for proper viewing and the hold down dose not rotate with the base. The top hold down was to tall to even make contact with the top of the TV. There are slots located in the sides of the TV base but the kit did not come with any tie down staps so I had to go back to Wal-mart a second time (40 miles 1 way) for tie downs which I found some back packing straps that worked. The instructions sheet was a guessing game and were not much help. It took me 1 1/2 hrs to figure it out. NEEDS BETTER ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS!!!

2 problems. 1. The directions are very vague and not helpful! 2. The screw that holds the tray is not long enough to add the two washers in the directions... The arm to hold my 13" tv in place was too long and I had to cut it down a few inches (so there goes an upgrade to a bigger TV). If the directions were clearer, then this could be put together in 15 minutes, not the hour it took!!!!!
