It's best when mixed with milk, but using a spoon to mix it isn't going to cut it, especially with cold drinks. You'll just end up with gritty clumps that didn't mix floating to the top. If you're going to use it in a cold drink, I'd suggest using a blender. I used my magic bullet mixer, and it seems to suffice in blending it well. Do not use water, it's absolutely gross in water. If you're expecting it to be a yummy chocolate milk flavor like when you add Hershey's syrup to your milk, you need to adjust your expectations, but it will have a chocolate flavor to it that's palatable with a little after taste, which is most likely due to the sugar substitute used. Also, it's not going to curb your appetite. I got it because my older skin is in desperate need of collagen, and collagen doesn't absorb through the skin so buying skin creams with collagen in it does nothing. I haven't been taking it long enough yet to notice a difference so if I see a big improvement, I'll update the review. My big beef with this product is that the container is BARELY HALF FULL, I expect more product for the money paid. I probably will not purchase it again for that reason and will seek something similar elsewhere.

I practice OMAD (one meal a day) and heavily restrict my intake of animal products. So, I use Orgain's plant based Organic Protein and Keto Collagen Protein powders daily to supplement my protein consumption. I"m in love with their Chocolate Coconut flavor (when its available) but generally rotate between creamy Choco Fudge and Chocolate Peanut butter to mix it up. I never feel bloated after using Orgain and always satisfied because all the products taste so great!!!

I love this so much that it makes me want to get out of bed just to have it in a hot coffee with cream. you do need to keep stirring it or it will settle to the bottom.my dishwasher cannot get the mug clean unless I scrub the residue off first. I would pay 20 cents more to have a much smaller container. It arrives half full... far more than could be accounted for by settling. It makes it hard to store in the pantry as I usually by several at a time. I know standard sizes are cheaper but please consider storage space and landfill waste of plastic. Could it be sold in cardboard canister?

I have a Orgain Keto shake almost every morning for breakfast. 1 scoop of chocolate & 1 scoop of vanilla (best taste IMO), ice, almond milk. I've been doing this for almost a year. While I exercise 5-6x / week, I was overweight due to my poor diet. My wife & I went Keto (tho I consider my life style more lo-carb). I lost 25 lbs and have maintained it for months. When I was losing weight, I'd add heavy cream to drink the shake as a meal replacement. Always add the cream at the end so it doesn't whip. Finally, I recommended the powder to my daughter as part of a Keto plan. She's now losing weight!!
