I use this to make delicious coconut breads, it helps the coconut flour--which I also purchase from FoodtoLive! anyway it helps the coconut bind together AND amazingly creates a whole wheat taste, depending on the amount of tablespoons you use. The freshness of the psyllium is fantastic, no issues there, very high quality, and you receive a lot for a great value. Highly recommend!
