Organize It All Adjustable Garment Rack

Two clamps hold the vertical steel poles in position. They were very flimsy clamps and would not close over the poles with ease, so with just a little extra pressure, the first one broke. I ended up wrapping duck tape around the poles to keep them from sliding down into the plastic tubes. It works, but I wish I'd picked another model. I can't adjust the height, without replacing the duck tape

This rack is not able to be raised to a higher height. The mechanism that is supposed to open and then lock the rack in place does not work. There are grooves that are supposed to allow the mechanism to catch but I was not able to get them to close. I'm keeping it to use at the low height but it is not as described.

nice to have for visiting guests. sturdy and very convenient.

Purchased the rack to use in the laundry room. Was concerned when I picked up the order as the box was very light. Very surprised when I set it up and started using it at the strength of the unit for such a low price. I also purchased a more expensive rack while I was in the store picking this one up as I was sure I was going to have to return the ordered item. I ended up liking the cheaper, lighter weight rack much better and returned the more expensive one that I purchased as a back up. The only thing I wish it had would be a rack on top but not a big deal.

I purchased this rack to use in a garage sale. It kept falling apart when I hung clothes on it and it repeatedly fell over. I thought it may have been the wind so I brought the rack inside of the garage. It still came apart multiple times. I was afraid it was going to collapse while people were looking at the clothes hanging on the rack but it never did.
