Ortho Weed B Gon Plus Crabgrass Control Ready-to-Use, 24 oz

I used this product for dandelions in my yard and it killed my grass everywhere I sprayed. My grass looks terrible. I would never use this product as it kills your grass. It says won't harm your lawn guaranteed but that's false. Now I'm trying to figure out how to fix the 40 spots or so I have of dead grass in my yard. If anyone on here has success with that let me know.

Excellent product. I moved into a home that was full of weeds including crabgrass. I was never so happy to see a completely brown yard - in one day it started dying. another treatment 2 weeks later and it's all dead. How long before I can plant grass seed?

I have used Ortho Weed B Gon & Crabgrass control with great results. Although I have a beautiful lawn, every summer, some patches of crabgrass pop up in various areas of my lawn. I was able to use this product for various weeds and crabgrass control. After the product is sprayed, by the next day, the crabgrass & weeds start to turn brown, die,and decompose in the lawn, no need to pull the dead plants out. Plus you are able to use it, without fear of killing your healthy grass, only kills the weeds. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

I was reluctant to even try the product because it seemed to good to be true. Turns out it was. I applied in the manner directed, even going on the safe side of amount applied and within 2 days everything was dead. Yes, that included my beautiful Kentucky bluegrass that was the envy of the neighborhood. I'm now left with patches of dead spots where I applied the product which is rather embarrassing. Do not use if you want your grass to live. I even watered with my irrigation system before they recommended watering but that did not slow the kill of the grass.

I see a lot of these reviews are bad, my question is , are they using it right. I have used this product for years and always have been happy with what it does. Had lawn green come in one year and they didn't even come close to doing what I do with week be gone. GREAT product.
