Oscar Mayer Bologna Deli Lunch Meat, 12 oz Package

I used to love Oscar Meyer bologna when I was a kid! We always had it in the fridge. I hadn't had it in a while so we grabbed it recently. When I took the very first bite, I was so disappointed. It tasted very grainy - like little pieces of grit through out. I thought maybe it was just that slice so I took out a few more and made cheese and lunch meat roll ups. Nope - it was every slice. I tried the second container we bought and still the same thing. Not sure if they changed the way they make it or I got a bad batch but I will not be buying this again.

Oscar Mayer Bologna 8 Oz Vacuum Pack Oscar Mayer fried bologna sandwiches, need I say more? This bologna has a better flavor and texture than other packaged and sliced bologna I've tried. It's quick and easy to make a sandwich to take for lunch or on the run. I like to fry the bologna in a pan with a little bit of butter, toss a couple pieces on wheat bread (no crust) and add a little mayo, with chips on the side for a quick lunch on the weekend.

Toast two pieces of bread and put two slices of bologna on the skillet. Once it starts to darken, put it on the toast and add some ketchup. You can thank me later! My kids love it!
