Other stores did not offer the same sofa in white as I wanted except Wallmart for the same price. It took a few days longer to arrive but it was so worth the wait. The driver had moved all those heavy boxes with my sofa carefully packed in it in about 15min. I couldn't believe it! He really knew what he was doing and he was such a kind gentleman. I was so impressed with the delivery. The white sofa is amazing. It was so easy to put together. It's a little heavy but it's solid and comfortable and worth every dollar I spent. It's elegant and goes with my decor perfectly. The size is perfect for my small one bedroom apartment and my family and friends love it. No one has any complaints at all only just warm approvals. I am a very satisfied customer and you will be too. Just be patient if delivery gets a little delayed, they will get to your home eventually. Thanks everyone who prepared my order and kept it in pristine condition and for making me smile.

Nice buy!!! brought this Russell chaise sofa in March 2021 due to Covid-19 me and my child had to down size after losing our house and almost everything we owned to a small apt and this sofa fit perfectly in our new living room and it was so affordable, it looks more expensive than it was. It's differently a dark grey color but it does not make an ottoman separately like I thought but you can put the chaise on either side. All in All I really like it. I am not mechanical at all so I paid to have Wal-Mart handyman service come in to put the sofa together and it took him less then an hour. He was friendly, polite, and clean he even took the boxes to the dumpster and it was three big boxes that by the way came separately at different times but I was like that's so cool of him to do that and he practiced social distancing, wearing a mask and doing all the protocol stuff, so I was really pleased with the handyman service as well as the sofa. Thank you Walmart for selling a quality product and having a quality handyman service to put it together for your customers.

It really is a Beautiful couch... sadly it's just not super comfy. I'm sitting on it now just wanting to go laying in my bed instead. It's just so firm! I was reluctant to buy it because who buys a couch without sitting on it first!?!? But with all the furniture stores saying it'll be March of 2021 before any order will arrive I was desperate. I went with this because some reviews said it was pretty comfy. I mean we had the same couch for 10 years... so you want to talk about COMFY! The more you sink in the better in our opinion.... So maybe that's part of my problem with it... But my husband says it's a “sitting room” couch. One you sit on a chat for 45 minutes. Not a family room couch where you Netflix and chill for the entire day. It really is very well made. And the fabric is softish. It's just super firm... and of course smaller (which was what we want for the space. But my husband is only 5.6 and he can't even fully stretch out on it. I'm just hoping it breaks in better. No joke, I literally for the first time in my children's life told them to take the cushion off the base, put them on the floor and jump on the cushions. Which they thoroughly enjoyed... so that may become a daily thing until I finally feel like it's broken in better! I don't think the smell is bad... but there was 2 odor absorption packets in each box so Maybe they are doing that will all the reviews on it be stinky. Lastly we got the Taupe color as stated in many other reviews it's most definitely gray! But it's A nice soft gray. If I had to buy again, I wouldn't... but maybe in a year after my kids have jumped on it everyday I'll have changed my mind... and be able to take a nap on it.

Good quality small sectional. I am very pleased with this purchase . It was packed very well, although it sat outside my door all day where it rained pretty hard. I rushed home from work to get it my garage and unbox. Only one end of the sofa got wet. I let it dry for a hour with fan before assembling. If I didnt have to let it dry, assemble would have taken about 30 minutes. It came in 3 boxes. Side arms shipped a few days earlier then the other two boxes. A couple of the bolts were a bit hard to screw in because the pre drilled screw holes had some wood finishing debris around the top. I used some needle nose pliers to remove it and and the other screw was just hard to screw in which I used small pliers. It was one screw on each arm that I had a problem with, other than that assembly was a breeze. The color is more grey than taupe. I read that from other reviews, but this color worked perfect for me. The legs are nice heavy wood , not plastic. The sofa is fully padded all around. The fabric feels durable and seating is medium firm, which I like. The ottoman sits a bit lower than sofa, so the chase cushion is not as level, but really can't tell when sitting in it. Maybe it was meant to be that way This is honestly the best sofa Ive ordered online, so I tried to look up other products from this company that made it but couldnt find anything lol. Great price, excellent quality.

I needed a small sofa and this fit the bill perfectly! It’s well made and very comfortable. The fabric is really nice and looks much more expensive than what it actually costs. The legs are solid wood and are very stylish, and the chaise is reversible. My granddaughter and I assembled this in about 1/2 hour. It’s perfect for what I needed and would have paid 2x cost anywhere else. Thanks Sam’s Club for carrying this and making it a Shocking Deal!
