Light weight nice looking and priced fairly
Very pleased with the poles overall. I have a high end $100 pair that feel a little better but I bought these for my wife who is not as serious of a hiker and they worked just great. Great value at one fourth of the price.
Nothing fancy. It's just something that simply works. I recommend it if you like to go hiking but can't afford expensive equipment. You can adjust the length of the pole to your comfort level.
I purchased 2 of these prior to a week long trip to the Porcupine Mountains. The first time I used these poles the locks slipped and the height of the poles went down. While I was in town I purchased the twisting lock poles from the local walmart. Not only did they come in a pair and were less expensive - but are a FAR superior product. There's no reason to even offer this product IMO when there is a better and less expensive product available (from the same manufacturer).
Works great and at low cost.
