Owlet Dream Sock Plus

When my other babies were born, the Owlet wasn't even a thing. 12 years later and I wasn't sure if it was a necessity this time around. But when our full term, 9lbs 7oz baby ended up in the NICU for oxygen and heart rate issues, this was recommended to us by our doctor for peace of mind when we were able to finally bring her home. It has since become a part of our nightly routine and we look forward to checking out the stats every morning, while having peace of mind throughout the night that only the Owlet can give us. I am absolutely thankful that we invested in Owlet!

I was about to return it because I kept hearing about “false alarms” reviews but I'm really glad I didn't. The sock brings me so much peace of mind and I love how it lets you see babies oxygen levels. Truly, this is one of the best products we purchased for our baby. Do not let other reviews change your mind about the owlet sock after all, id rather have a false alarm than no alarm at all.

We love the peace of mind it provides, however in order to use the sock the base has to be with in so many feet. So it's not really travel friendly. I should have done better research on that because I don't know if I would have purchased the owlet knowing that I couldn't use it where ever I needed too.

Works great and I love all the different insights, the only reason I didnt give a 5 star is because itll say my son's oxygen dropped somewhere between 81-89% every night but when I go through the timeline I never see it actually drop that low. Everything else about this is amazing, the alarm is loud and helps me feel less anxious when my son is in his bassinet!

It gives me a lot of peace of mind. Having different alerts for different things keeps me from overreaction at every sound while still letting me feel assured. The only downside is that we sometimes have connection issues to the phone so if I'm not in the room with the base, that is an issue. Sometimes it's hard to get the placement just right but that's not too often once you are used to it.
