my child has autism and every food allergy you can think of. So, already a super picky kid, but then whatever she did like, more often than not, she is allergic to. She wasnt getting the proper nutrition for a kid her age and I was freaking out. Tried every plant based nutritional shake I could find and she hated them all. The three flavors that are offered chocolate, vanilla, and cookies and cream are so great tasting I serve mine in a cup with a lid on the top that has a slide opening inside I place a frozen yogurt in order to keep the protein shake cold while I'm on the go and I add the shake to it put it in the car with me and I can sip on it the whole time I'm out ice cold I have had other protein shakes that are made with dairy products that do not sit well and my digestion I have no problems with this brand or those three flavors I highly recommend this product to everybody. I know whether you just wanna have extra energy and protein or if you wanna lose weight without losing all of your vitamins and your minerals and your protein.
