The good: I like the product and it makes my hair feel very soft. The bad: The packaging is poorly thought out and problematic. While I appreciate that I can get every drop out of the box-shaped container, it seems wholly unnecessary when a traditional tube with a flip top would have done the job. First of all, the lid is too large for my hand to twist off easily. Second, the inner seal says replace lid after each use. I assume that this refers to the inner lid itself and not the black outer lid. The inner lid is very hard to open when it is in a wet, steamy shower, and it makes the whole process cumbersome---open black lid with wet hands, open inner seal with wet hands, scoop out product in one hand, put container downbut now lids are both off while shower water runs into box until I can get product applied to hair. Why? Why not use a regular bottle that can be more easily handled? Finally, the instructions under the label are unclear: Apply to hair starting at the roots and work towards tips . . . proceed to your style routine. Do I shampoo and/or condition first or apply to dry hair and then shampoo? I realize that this isnt rocket science, but it also seems easy enough to have written After shampooing, apply to hair starting at roots . . .

There were a lot of negative reviews on this but it seemed to work for me. my hair is very thick and natuarally curly and very long so i straighten it a lot and my hair got a lot of damage done to it. ive only used this once and my hair is a lot softer then it was yesterday..im replacing this for my non- pantene conditioner once a week but im thinking about switching to pantene all together.

Hi, I used to use the Fortifying Fortifier (formerly known as the Deep Fortifying Treatment) for ... oh, I'll say about 10 years? ... and now I cannot find it anywhere. This product unfortunately does not compare. I also have had to go out and find something different. If it's not broke, why did you try to fix it? If you have any of the old stuff tucked away in a back storage room ... I will buy it all! Please help ... thank you! Jo
