Pacific Cycle 24" B Kulana Makamaka

I bought this bike in 2006. I put a gas motor on it and ride it everyday. The bike has outlasted 2 motors and I normally ride the bike 35 mph for distances of more then 10 miles at a time. I weigh over 170 pounds and am 5'7. This bike is light, easy to handle and looks great. It is also very stable and I would say built way over standard to hold my weight at such speeds.

Pros: -Easy to assemble (although it requires an allen wrench that is not included) -Good looking bike. My son thought that it was cool -Rides well Cons: -Cheaply manufactured. The central pedal bearing came apart in 3 days (Seemed to be an easy enough fix, but I am dubious about durability) -Cheesy stickers

bought this bike for burning man this year and it was great...just what i was looking for...just make sure u bring ur tools to put it together because it comes in a box and u also need to put air in the tires!

It is certianly a nice looking bike and seemed to be a good deal for the price; however, after only a couple of weeks one of the pedals fell off. There was no way it could be reattached- it was completely stripped. And that was only after 2 weeks. Now the good part- Walmart was truly amazing with their customer service. I was able to return the bike without any hassle even though I did not have the box that it came in, etc. Good job Walmart!

Bike came in a timely manner. Box was torn, bolts missing for fenders. Requested bolts from the company, they are on back order. Ended up going to Lowes to buy the bolts so my son could ride his bike. It is a very sharp looking bike, rides nice. Seat doesn't stay put.
