I've been using this lotion since my first pregnancy 20 years ago. My whole family has a strong preference and brand loyalty. But this is my first time buying direct from your company. While it may be cheaper through Prime (shipping being the main factor), I am more than happy to cut that middle man out right now. I've created an account here and it will take a lot to move me. I have been using Palmers body lotion for over a decade. However, I just bought a new bottle which is a new formula and it's awful. It doesn't moisturize as well, in fact skin is drier than ever. It is creating a lot of itchiness. The butter-like feel and fragrance is no longer there. The new fragrance is not reminiscent of cocoa butter. This is such a disappointment for a brand and product that used to be amazing…bring back the old stuff!!! Please

I absolutely love the cocoa butter firming butter and coconut oil firming lotion for my thighs, but this lotion is my go to for everywhere else head to toe. It is so smooth and easy to rub in. I love the smell of cocoa in this lotion as well as the hydration and suppleness it offers my skin. It makes your skin feel shiny and smooth and not greasy. I keep this bottle on my nightstand and use it throughout the day for a quick skin pick me up!

I bought this product just four days ago, and I've seen a HUGE difference! I always have dry and bloody hands in the winter, and no cream I've ever tried has worked... until I tried this one! I've tried vasoline, hand lotion, etc., and none of it worked. I'm truly amazed with how fast and well this product worked, and I will continue to use it!
