Palmer's Shea Formula Raw Shea Soap, 3.5 oz.

For the past 1 year I have been suffering from fungal infection. I have awful discoloration on my face which appears after every 6 months and lasts for a month. I am currently on 6 months treatment and noticed my face reacts to many lotions. I decided to try palmers she butter formula and the discoloration began fading like magic. My face is now clear whilst I am still on treatment. I told my doctor who surprised at how quick the discoloration was fading about this lotion, he was very excited about the product and advised me to continue using Palmer. I have noticed my face is dark, I hope it brightens soon like the rest of my body.

I have been using Palmers Shea butter lotion for over 10 years. I loved the lotion & never had any intentions on using anything different. I used the new formula once & hate it, it smells much stronger than the old stuff & more like cocoa butter, it feels watered down & doesn't absorb into my skin like it used to. I haven't been able to find something to replace the new palmers Shea butter lotion & keep hoping they will bring the old stuff back. I wouldn't recommend this lotion to anyone & used to recommend Palmers all the time. Definitely disappointed Palmers changed the formula!

Have you ever heard the phrase..if it isn't broken..don't fix it?? Change is not always good. I don't know who was the genius who thought it'd be a good idea...but NO! It SMELL AWFUL! Combining the two does not work. They may be cost effective for you but for the loyal consumers.. wrong! I have been loyal for years. I don't wear makeup and don't look my age. I have great skin. No one guesses my age correctly and I'm a former model. I have to find the last of the shea butter formula with E and soap somewhere before it's all gone. I won't buy the new replacement and won't encourage others to buy it. I'M VERY DISAPPOINTED! Hope you don't get rid of the soap also. It was bad enough when you tried to use "complexion"soap." The original flies off the shelves. I have to buy as many bottles/bars as I can when I find it. I leave some for others because I know how difficult it is to find..What were you thinking??!! PLEASE

I have very dry and sensitive skin so I have been using the original lotion for years and I loved it. This new kind is watery and has broken my skin out. I thought I bought the wrong kind and started ordering it online because it showed it was the original lotion and was disappointed when it was the new kind that was delivered to me. :( so now I have 4 bottles of crappy lotion.. Please start selling the original again. I can't find anything that works as good.

I always have (had!) a small bottle of the Shea Butter Formula (yellow bottle, green label) in my purse. It was like liquid gold. Worked really well and had such a nice, light smell to it that didn't overpower. Went to restock at the baby store and found it was gone. Can Palmer's at least explain the reason for the change? Any chance of bringing it back? I'm sure there are many others disappointed who will simply switch brands and won't bother to come on here to comment.
