Palram - Canopia Snap & Grow 6' x 12 ' Polycarbonate/Aluminum Walk-In Greenhouse – Silver - with 2 Roof Vents

I previously had the "tent" type of greenhouse (aluminum frame with reinforced poly cover), and was only partially satisfied. I decided to take a chance, pay a little more, and give this one a try. I was able to put it up by myself, although working alone it took two days. I would definitely recommend having help. The kit arrived in good shape, except for the window/vent, which was bowed. I have requested replacement. Several days after I set it up, we had a strong storm. The greenhouse was not damaged, but it did get blown a couple of feet from where I left it. It does need to be anchored. It is heavy, but not heavy enough not to move in 60 mph winds. There are some anchors included with the kit, but they are quite small and do not look as if they would work very well. I have anchored mine, but did not use the anchors provided. The assembly instructions, mostly done in pictures, are a little difficult to understand. Overall, I have been enjoying my greenhouse and am satisfied with the purchase.

I have been wanting a greenhouse for a while. This one went together pretty easy and faster than expected. It took 6 hours for 2 people and I definitely think you should have at least two people to get this done. It may seem flimsy once all panels are in, be patient because once all parts are properly installed, this is very sturdy. Can't wait to fill it with lots of herbs and flowers.

I have been in the construction business for 40 years. I have a lot of mechanical ability. I found this unit very difficult to assemble. One person cannot assemble the unit by himself. The unit has corners and section that are designed to be pressed together with the use of a hydraulic press. The manufacturer know you don't have such a press so they tell you to just beat it together with a mallet. This so difficult as to be a 10 on the scale of difficulty. There are no directions other than pictures. and some pictures like part 809 you have no idea which side goes up or down.

It took my husband around 2 months to put it up by himself. So far so good. The only problem we had was there was a missing part which I ordered, but when my husband got to the windown one of the latches was broken. When I contacted Tonzof Tool King they said it had been over 30 daays and they could not do anything. Told me to contact the mannufactor.

The greenhouse was a bear to put together due to the instructions being very poor. Had many spare parts and can only hope we did it right... took a day and a half for us to assemble it. We do like the way it looks in our yard. Would recommend it to others with the caution of being ready to tackle a big job of assembly.
