Very Good product. It's healthy and makes the food have that great taste. It don't leave no residue on the pan after food is fully cooked and once it's absorbed it leaves the food tasting very good, it leaves no oily taste like most oils do. It is organic olive oil PLUS a propellant and grain alcohol. It smells terrible and immediately burned our bacon when pan frying. I cooked bacon in another pan of pure olive oil right next to the Pam pan, not black, no smell. Make sure you buy PURE olive oil spray, not this.
