Pandigital Novel Eb.

I should have trusted my first instinct and chosen a brand that was better known, My daughters device worked from Dec. 18 (The day we gave it to her) - Jan. 2 (The day it froze). It has be stuck on a frozen orange screen for two days now. I called the 800 number for pandigital and spoke to their rep. in which she informed me that, due her machine saying it needed to be charged and it charging during the night that the battery is fried b/c it can not charge longer than 4 hours ever! Now i have to call and wait for them to exchange her tablet, and since its the holiday schedule I will have to wait 5-6 weeks before they can even send her another one ! Stick with your instinct, not a great brand. I really hope my review helps. Sincerely, K.E.T. Mother

First of all the tablet seemed nice when we opened it, but we could never get anything to download. It kept giving us a message that we didn't have a smartphone connected with it, so we couldn't download anything. I tried contacting their customer support staff. They NEVER got back to me, I even got hung up on once. It is a pretty heavy and thick tablet. I wasn't expecting much for the price, but I was expecting to be able to download something and have it work. This tablet is more of a headache than it is worth.

Great Item for a child starting off, but horrible for adult users..... Great price, but speed is slow and there aren't many applications available to use for it......

Solid! Capable of performing many functions, this tablet surprised me we its speed and numerous features. Very attractively priced!

A great ebook reader/tablet. I would rather use my finger tip or a stylus than running my finger on the screen and get it all dirty. I bought this and kept it because it performs as it promises. No falsification! I am happy.
