I got the product put my sim card in it and it worked. But for the first 12hrs i didnt recieve any text messages. Then all of a sudden i got 16 messages at once. Now the text works when it wants to sometimes my apps dont open up. I have to cconstantly reboot the phone.
i would NOT recommend this product to anyone. the keys on the keyboard are flat and its hard to tell which key you are pressing. while talking on the phone i could hear a loud high pitched sound the whole time, even when i wasnt on the phone i could hear it only if it was close enough to my ears. the phone was slow. the conversation style texting was nice tho. the battery life didnt last long at all.
No touch screen and it won't load many programs I have tried - as well asa syncing repeatedly for media?? just a regualr phone.
The Phone was slow, there is virtually NO memory available, and I had to return the phone within 4 days of having it because the device was messed up. Do not buy this phone.
Tis is a very nice phone , it has lots of great fetures and it was not too difficult to figure out, but on the down side the key board seems like it was made for a person with small fingers (Teenager) I didn't like it at all it is quite ez to hit other keys other than the one you wanted to. Had to return it for that reason.
