Pantene Expert Pro-V Intense Color Care Shampoo, 9.6 fl oz

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I love how Pantene Intense ColorCare has maintained my color over the past 4 weeks. I've never used Pantene before as I've always been a L'Oreal girl. I'm quite surprised and pleased on how my salon color has not faded and how both the shampoo and conditioner have helped keep my hair vibrant. To top it off they both smell great! I will definitely use again and will be replacing my L'Oreal products with this.

I took a long time to write this review because I used this product over 1 month, I saw lot of good reviews, and I tried to understand - why I have only concerns. First of all, I have long hair, hilighted with coloring, thick hair without any problem, usual I clean my hair 2 times a week. With new Pantene I must to clean my hair DAILY, because to the end of the day my hair are greasy and heavy, I do not use styling products every day, so I can not say that these styling products are a problem. shampoo smell a bit heavy, but it quickly disappears. For sure I'm not going to buy it.

I usually use a salon brand shampoo that boosts volume for my fine hair. Over the last few months I have noticed that my hair has felt like it has built up residue from styling product and the volume building shampoo. I started using the Pantene Expert shampoo two weeks ago and have felt a change in the texture of my hair- it is softer. I have less visual volume in my hair since using the Pro V Intense ColorCare Shampoo but have had more compliments about how shiny and vibrant my hair looks this week. I've gotten lots of compliments about how good my colour looks weeks after I originally coloured it. I am someone who shampoos my hair every day so to have long lasting colour is something I'm not used to but love it! The shampoo lathers nicely and has a nice mild scent. My only negative would be to say that the bottle doesn't list what the actual scent of the shampoo is which leaves you guessing a bit. Also a little goes a long way. You don't need to use a lot of shampoo to get clean and fresh hair and my hair always feels light (not weighed down with residue) after using it. This is a great product and one that I will enjoy using in the future!

I won't lie, I love to stick to the same shampoos but let me tell you something, what a pleasant surprise!! I love everything about this shampoo. First, the bottles (design) looks great in my shower. Then, the smell. WOW!!! It smells so light but clean. Maybe honey? I don't like many of the shampoo smells because they're often too intense or smell like old lady (no offense). Not with this one. Just enough so your hair smells clean for a few days. Also, I have colored hair (red) and the color still looks great after many washes. The color didn't fade and still looks fresh!
