(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) As someone with limp hair, I don't expect a miracle conditioner to come around and fix my problems. My ends are a little dry from the Canadian winter, dying my hair, and using hot styling products. So really, I always lower my expectations when using a new conditioning product. I was very surprised to see how well this Pantene Volume Conditioner worked out for me! No, it didn't super volumise my hair -- but it looks so much healthier. My hair is super shiny (it never was before), the ends look okay (but still, better than before), and my hair takes longer to become a static mess in the winter wind. I would say it's very likely that I would purchase this product again at a reasonable price. I think it is definitely worth a try for anyone who suffers from any of the issues this conditioner remedied. Bonus: it smells delightful and the scent lingers for days.

There's a reason this product went from 5 star reviews to 1 star--the new formula is terrible. It leaves hair greasy, flat and it smells terrible. My wife used to buy dozens of bottles every shopping trip. The only alternative now is the store brand that still has quaternium. Still looking for a better alternative.

I've been using Pantene sheer volume shampoo and conditioner for a few years. I always liked it until now. The scent has recently changed and is now obnoxious and so incredibly strong. I feel like I'm putting cheap fruity perfume in my hair instead of conditioner. This product would have gotten a full 5 stars but the new scent alone makes me want to try something else.

I keep squirting this conditioner out expecting to feel a heavier product, but it stays very light as you massage it into your head. It's a nice compliment to the shampoo, although not always necessary. I received this product to review for free, but all opinions are mine.
