I love this brand. 2-3 weeks in. I feel they are good quality. These are very small capsules, so the size is fine. No taste. I started with 1 a day for first 2 days, just to see if I had any immediate reaction. Nothing happened, so I went to 2 a day as bottle says. Dosage is fine. I have combined it with African Mango from same company. Supposed to curb appetite and help with blocking fat. It does seem to curb my appetite when I take them spread out. Before breakfast and then before dinner. I've played around with what time of day works best for me. I will say that I was not expecting the extreme hunger I have been feeling, nor the mild headaches I seem to get. I can't say if it has helped with any weight loss. I do not use a scale (too depressing), so I go by how my clothes fit. I also figure it will take more than a month to actually see benefits because if all I loose is 2-4 lbs, I wont know that. So I am willing to continue for another month. That being said, It has definitely helped eliminate the late night sugar cravings, so that's a big plus for me.

My goal was to lose about 2 pounds per week i followed the dosage , and it worked, along with a healthy diet and light exercise, so the benefit comes with the quality of the ingredients that provide Paradise products, vegan, non GMO, gluten free. Because is in a capsule doesn't taste bad.

A good quality product with clean paleo diet compliant ingredients. The packaging was decent, but there were very few capsules in the bottle given the dosage necessary for any benefit. I personally didn't experience any changes, neither positive nor negative. I don't think this product really did or does anything, but maybe for some it will depending on what you're trying for.
