PBS KIDS Playtime Tablet DVD Player Android 7.0 Nougat 7" Kid Safe Tablet DVD Player Ages 2+

The tablet came with scratches. It wont charge hardly. We charged it all night and it didnt last very long at all. It wont stay on if its plugged in. Im not sure if its refurbished but it never said anything about being refurbished. As far as I knew I was buying a new one. I think if it worked correctly it would be great. Very disappointed.

I bought this not even 2 months ago and it is already broken! I even bought the warranty and cannot get anyone to take it back! I first tried to replace the charger and couldn't get anyone to respond to me . Complete waste of money. The design is very cute and it could have potential, but no one wants to stand by the quality of this product.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS TABLET! We just received this tablet today for our 4 year old and right out of the box there are scratches all over the screen and the actual tablet! Also when powering on the tablet directly from the box it had a battery percentage of 99% and within 20 minutes of our son playing with it and watching a movie it is completely dead and needs to be charged! Does not hold a charge! This tablet seems to be refurbished. There was also no plastic on the screen that usually comes with new electronics!!

Overall, I am fairly happy with the PBS Kids Playtime Tablet DVD player. I love that it came preloaded with games and shows – that is very convenient! We haven't needed to download anything new and don't really even plan on doing that because there's just so much variety already on there. The 7” screen is a good size – not too large, but definitely big enough to see the shows and play the games with ease. The DVD player seems to work well, and makes it very convenient for travel to just have one tablet that has both games and shows, and will play a DVD! I love the green and blue colors – very neutral and works well for everyone. It says this is a kid safe tablet so I'm hoping it holds up well over time. The screen got dirty very quickly but it seemed to clean up easily. The only negative is that it seems to freeze up a lot, and when we first tried to set it up, it wouldn't allow us to access any of the games, even though we had set up an account. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a 2-in-1 tablet and DVD player for a child.

So far this is a great kids tablet. It came preloaded with videos and games, and can also be used as a DVD player. The tablet has blue-tooth, parental controls, and android functionality. If you want to add games or apps that is always an option as well in the Google Play Store. It comes with kickstand and a strap to use on headrest in the car which is awesome for long trips. The dvd it came with is very educational and my niece and nephew had a lot of fun. It's not a fancy, super fast tablet, but is perfect for kids. I would def recommend it to parents or grandparents.
