This batting is soft, pliable and very easy to work with. It leaves a nice drape to the quilt and is a great quality for the price.

This batting is very warm and fluffy. Using this batting makes quilts feel as they were meant to feel -very warm and toasty.

This is my go-to batting. I am always working on a quilt so there is always one under my needle. I purchase Pellon 80/20 by the bolt from Wal-Mart regularly. I get about 3 quilts for each 9 yard bolt. It washes up beautifully as I still get that "crinkly" look that I like so much. It is a warm batting as people mention how warm their quilts are. Sometimes, they are out of stock, but it always comes back on. I've easily machine quilted - free motion - 20 quilts using this batting and will continue to do so. I order either white or off white . Great product.

I've been using Hobbs 80/20. but it's getting harder to find at a reasonable price. This batting looks the same as Hobbs, but easier to get. It may be a little thinner, which means it might be good for hand quilting also. It has a nice drape. I've known quilters who are snobbish about using a 100 percent cotton batt, but if one checks the fine print on those batt labels the binders make up 15 percent of the content. At least this company isn't being coy about putting binders into their product so it hold together without having to be quilted every 2 inches. There are only nine years on a bolt, which means it's easier to store than a 30 yard roll.
