Best oil for the money. This is not just my opinion. Look on Youtube for cold pour tests and then look for a Youtube guy "project farm". He does a heat/evaporation test, wear type test and cold pour test involving Pennzoil ultra platinum and one other oil as a "championship" type of face-off after comparing many different oils of which are top brands. Cold pour is my most important concern living in the North Eastern United States. Most wear occurs when starting a vehicle, so cold pour/flow to get the oil up top in the motor is paramount. Anyway, see for yourself. I hope the best for you and your equipment. I believe in giving credit where credit is due, good or bad. In this case it's good.

Starting using in my wife's 2015 Ford Explorer Sport with the 3.5 EccoBoost engine. Runs clean, quite, no cold start valve train noise and oil blow by, which can be a problem in these engines iz all but eliminated. I'm sold on the "Pure Plus" technology and will be using it in my 1996 Mustang GT drag car starting in 2018 season.

I'm using this oil in a BMW M car (S54 engine). My last UOA at 10,700k miles not only showed lower than average wear metals but also excellent TBN retention of about 4 and a hot viscosity of over 13. Outstanding performance on an longish change interval!

I noticed an increase in my Lexus LS430 of better tank average mileage with this O-20 Pennzoil. My mechanic told me that when he looked into my engine he saw no wear at 267K miles. I told him I change the oil every 5K to 10K miles and use only full synthetic Pennzoil. He said that if I continue to use this oil, I don't need to ever worry about repairing the engine and added "You will probably die before the engine dies."

I have to admit every time I change oil I feel the engine performance get better no matter what brand. So I decided to do a little research on oils. I found the following, Pennzoil Platinum Ultra cleans the engine better than all other popular brands out there. A clean engine will hold new car performance longer and with less wear. I now use it in my fleet of vehicles. Ive had no engine problems and they all get better than EPA estimate on gas mileage. I would recommend this oil and do so to all my friends.
