I love these mechanical pencils. The twist eraser is huge and so handy. Do not like mechanical pencils that have a tiny eraser because, after all, that's why I'm writing in pencil, in case I have to erase! Would love it if it came in a larger variety of colors.

I love this pencil! It uses thick lead, has the twist eraser, and you "click" it to advance the lead from the top -- sometimes the twist-erase types use a button by your thumb for clicking, and I always accidentally press the button -- not a problem on this model. Also feels good in my hand.

I've used this pencil the first day of October, and I gotta say, Pentel makes the best mechanical pencils ever! I used to write with Paper Mate mechanical pencils, but I just got rid of them later because the blue marking on my last Paper Mate pencil ever kept coming off as time went on. The Pentel Twist-Erase III will solve this problem as it's more high-quality than mechanical pencils made by Paper-Mate and BiC. When it comes to Pentel, I prefer 0.5 mm lead as it's finer than 0.7 mm lead and 0.9 mm lead.
