I am not a big "bread eater" but this bread is very good. I have to be consciousness with the food I eat - and I normally do not like to eat bread but this one is my favorite due to the texture %26 the flavor.

This is my "go to" bread. It is tasty, has a lot of seeds and texture, is an excellent size, and doesn't jack my blood sugar readings up if I pair it with protein. It is double wrapped and always fresh.

But I don't like the caloric intake for only 1 slice of bread. And I wish it was a heartier bread. It's basically a generic wheat bread that was amped up a little bit. I would buy it again for sure, but I am on the search for a heartier bread.

I love this bread. Thankfully, they've added the multigrains back in after consumer complaints but now the loaf is 3/4 the size of the original. Not a great value for the money you spend but the bread is delicious.

This bread is too sweet. The second ingredient is sugar. If I make a sandwich with two slices of this bread, it's a significant amount of sugar.
