Personalized Sterling Silver 5.25 CZ Bridal Set

My fiance bought this ring for me online. It was delivered to the store June 11, 2012. He proposed that same day. It is now August 5, 2012, and we just returned the ring yesterday. Within a week the metal was flaking off, my finger had turned a greenish-black color, and the stone was so cloudy it hardly even sparkled. Not to mention it bent so easily several people told us there was no way it was real silver. We were very disappointed in this ring, and I was even more devastated that we've had to return the original ring with which he proposed. The engraving on the inside of the wedding band is meager at best. I believe my 5 year old could have done a better job engraving and constructing this ring in general. Trust me, save your money. We were able to go to another (more trusted) site that I have always had success with and order my engagement ring, and both mine and his wedding bands for the same price as this set. Do yourself and your fiance a favor and avoid this set like the plague.

A girl wants an engagement/wedding ring that will last as long as her marriage. Well, unless you're planning a quick annulment, this IS NOT that ring. I was very upset that my engagement ring started to chip, peel, fade, turn colors. With a green finger, a month before the wedding, we had to begin searching again for new rings for me. :( I'm attaching a picture of the band, which I never wore, so it shows how pretty the silver is when you get it. On top of that is the engagement ring, showing how awful it looks, after a year of gentle wear. It started getting scratches after 3 weeks, started peeling and cracking at about 6 weeks, and slowly went downhill to this, when I couldn't wear it anymore.

I have had this ring for 2 years now and the quality has gone down hill since I have had it. It was beautiful when I first got it, but after a couple of months of daily wear the band started pealing and the stones began to dull. Now I am again looking for another ring, but it won't be this one!

I am newly married and my husband and I were on a rather tight budget when we purchased the ring. The ring is very pretty, but it is a lemon in disguise. Shortly after I started wearing the ring on a regular basis the plating started chipping off and it started to turn my finger green. I really hope some people learn from our mistake.

Very pretty and sparkly, really wish it wasent such bad quality. I dropped it one time and it scratched it up and put craters all over it, not to mention the center stone almost fell out as soon as I opened the package. Very disappointed in this one.
