We installed this 10 years ago and like the product. Only negative is that the handle has to be almost all the way to hot to have the correct temperature for a shower. Love the looks

We bought and installed this over three years ago. I'm so glad we went with Pfister - we had a minor issue with the tap (broken lever) just a couple of months ago and Pfister was amazing! Lifetime warranty and they mean it!!! They worked with us to make sure we had the right model and when we made the mistake they immediately sent out the other model - no questions asked. Great service! The only thing I would change if I could - would be have the shower head as a wand/hose option - would just make cleaning that much easier. We bought this shower set six years ago. We have loved it. About a year ago the shower head developed a crack. When I called to find out about replacing it, one was sent out free of charge and within a week. That doesn't happen with other brands! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Love the look of this installed, but the temperature control lever does not sit flush to the cover. It actually sits out quite far, so the box is misleading on how it looks installed. Thought our plumber installed incorrectly until I contacted Pfister to find out about that, and why water could be dripping from the faucet. Also the shower head (where the water comes out), is plastic. You don't notice it once it's up, but a little disappointed, especially with price paid.
