Pfister Marielle GT34-PT Single Handle Faucet with Spray and Dispenser

0 stars! This is at least the 5th time this faucet has had to be replaced! Once the base split and leaked under the sink. Once the stainless finish corroded at the base. Once the sprayer hose cracked and couldn't be used. Once the aerator failed and sprayed all over the sink. This time like others, the handle drops and shuts off, as well as the sprayer button not releasing! I appreciate that they've always been replaced, however, this is ridiculous! How many times do I have to climb under the sink?! NEVER again Price Pfister!

Installed mine 2010 LOVE IT!!! Would give it 5 STARS but it does have issues ): Chrome has held up nicely, water stream is smooth and function of the entire unit is smooth and perfect WHEN IT's WORKING PROPERLY.... 1st off Price Pfister customer service has been nothing but excellent! 2nd my 3 other PP bathroom faucets (also 2010 and Chrome) are still in perfect condition! BUT I have changed MANY parts on the "Marielle" over the years. Pretty much annually. I do it myself w/ just a screw driver and adjustable wrench in about 10 minutes and PP sends me the parts for free. If you can't be bothered doing so then look at another design. I wouldn't give up on Price Pfister as my 3 bathroom faucets still look and work as brand new. Some of the common parts I have changed: Diverter; controls water to sprayer (wears out fast) Cartridge; controls handle function including drop at low pressure O Rings; inside the spout assembly, they loosen up every time i take the unit apart. Soap Pump Mechanism; dispenses the soap Soap Bottle; mine actually cracked at the threads in 2017. For me replacing these parts are super simple and I Love the look and function of this faucet, so I will keep replacing them until I decide to remodel or parts are no longer available. GOOD LUCK!

Conflicted Review On the one hand, this is a beautiful faucet & the customer service is excellent. On the other hand, the parts don't last. The company has replaced many parts in a timely manner & without question. I still love the faucet & will continue to use it a long as the company is willing to replace the corroded & warn parts!

I bought this faucet 5 years ago, as it goes will with my victorian home. Yes, the faucet and soap dispensor had issues 3 yrs ago, but the part was sent promptly and has working ever since. My other faucet that replaced this one is still going strong in my other kitchen and is 12 years old. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

We've had our Marielle faucet for over 12 years. The finish is good as new. We have an antique sink, and it was a perfect retrofit. When the interior diverter wore out, we contacted Pfister, and they sent a new one with 4 days.
