The lifetime warranty provides you with the parts to repair or replace any issues you might have. Still in style and very durable.

I have had this kitchen faucet for over about 15 years and I LOVE it. About 8 years ago, I couldn't figure out the problem, PFister customer service just sent me a replacement and it is perfect in every way. I bought this product some time ago, maybe five years..... However, I was having a "drip" problem. I contacted customer service and I must say they were impressive. I bought this for a complete kitchen remodel about 10 years ago. We started to have a couple of problems and contacted PF. They sent the parts at no cost. The problems continued. PF cured the problems by sending us a complete replacement kit at no cost. We found this to be exceptional; a complete surprise. Pretty hard to beat that kind of customer service.
