[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After admittedly going a little bit bananas on some truly delicious baked beans and simultaneously adding a new fiber supplement, I found myself "under pressure" and uncomfortable. The instructions on the package indicate to take 1 or 2 capsules at the onset of symptoms, but not more than 2 in a 24-hour period, so I thought it best to start with 1 capsule and leave one for later if necessary. One hour and 6 minutes later, I experienced profound relief with no unwanted side effects. These capsules are TINY, and I like that they are in a bottle so that I didn't have to struggle to free them from blister packs.
