Phil Rizzuto Receiving Award With Mel Allen Single-Signed 8 x 10 Photograph

Phil Rizzuto was the Yankees shortstop for 10 of the Yankees' 26 World Championships. The Scooter was an excellent fielding shortstop and clutch at the plate. After his playing days ended, Rizzuto spent years serving as a Yankees announcer, becoming famous for such phrases as "Holy Cow!" and "He's a huckleberry." It took a long time, but The Scooter finally made it into the Hall of Fame in 1994. Rizzuto has hand signed this black-and-white 8 x 10 photograph of him standing next to Mel Allen, receiving an award. A Steiner Sports Certificate of Authenticity is included.
