Philips Avent Anti-colic Nipples - Flow 2, 2-Pack, SCY762/02

My baby struggled with gas and spit-ups with other brands, but these Philips Avent Anti-Colic Nipples, paired with the bottles, made feedings so much calmer. The flow is just right, they're easy to clean, and the quality is great. After trying many different bottles and nipples, my baby finally loves these, giving me peace of mind as I return to work knowing he'll take a bottle without any issues.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recieved the Philips Avent Anti-Colic Nipples 4-pack from the Stellar Product Testing Panel and I'm glad I did! The bottle pack is a great starter kit to our bottle transition journey. I previously used the comotomo bottles with my other kids and had plans to continue that with my newest baby. I've been exclusively breastfeeding and then introduced the Philips Avent Anti-Colic bottle to transition for when I go back to work. I did however had to change the nipple out to a faster flow (1m+). I think the faster flow worked better because I do I have a fast let down when nursing. Pros: - Comes with a bottle brush and a pacifier. The bottles were easy to clean and the pacifier is a nice bonus, as its the same ones they give at the hospital. - Nipples with different flows. 1m+ nipple flow worked best for my newborn. - Baby wasn't as gassy compared to using the Comotomo bottles. Cons: - I knocked off a star for the feeding being a little messy. I think it's more so my baby not latching well so milk dribbles out of her mouth. Overall, the bottles are a great and easy to use/clean. I definitely like how it helps reduce gas and less spit ups! Highly recommend!

I have tested the nipples with the Philips Avent Anti-colic Baby Bottle with AirFree Vent. The Philips Avent Anti-colic Baby Bottle with AirFree Vent originally came with the flow 1 nipples. However, the flow 1 nipples was too slow of a pace for my baby, it took him almost half an hour to finish the bottle. He was struggling a bit with the bottle. I decided to switch it out to the Philips Avent Anti-Colic Nipples flow 2 nipples and see how my baby takes it. I like that the nipples were easy to change out, easy to attach and fits securely on the bottle lid. The nipples works well with the Philips Avent Anti-colic Baby Bottle with AirFree Vent. The nipples were easy to use and clean with the bottle brushes, it drys quickly after each wash with the baby dish soap and air drys. It ready to be used again when baby boy is hungry. I like how soft the nipples are and it very similar in comparison to the breast. Baby took the bottle with the flow 2 nipple right away. The pace seems to be better suited for him, it took him between 10 to 15 minutes to finish the bottle. He was not struggling with the bottle for feed. I do a combo feed with both formula and breast feed. There seems to be no nipple confusion between the flow 2 nipples and switching back to breast feeding, which is definitely a plus. Overall, I would recommend the Philips Avent Anti-Colic Nipples to be used with the Philips Avent Anti-colic Baby Bottle with AirFree Vent, it helped to reduced my son's colic, gas, and reflux and minimize his spit ups during and after feeding.

They're sturdy, easy to swap out, and keep their shape even after repeated washes and sterilizing. Feeding Experience / Colic Reduction The vented design really helps reduce air intake. My baby had less gas and fewer burps compared to using standard bottle nipples. The flow rates are consistent—when you buy Flow 1, 2, 3, etc., you actually get what's advertised. That's important for paced feeding and avoiding overwhelm during feeds. Cleaning & Durability They're simple to clean—no hidden crevices. I've run them through hot water, sterilizer, and dishwasher, and they hold up well without warping or breaking down. The silicone doesn't get sticky or cloudy over time like some off-brand options do. Quality & Design The ribbed texture on the nipple prevents collapse during feeding, which means fewer frustrating interruptions. The material feels soft and natural enough that it worked well in combination with breastfeeding, so my baby didn't have nipple confusion switching between breast and bottle. Prices are going through the roof and I don't go the Walmart as often as I did because I can't afford it.
