Philips Avent My Natural Trainer Sippy Cup, Pink, 5oz, 1pk, SCF262/02

The design is beautiful, I always loved that about Avent bottles. But I just purchased the trainer cup and the first thing I noticed was the HUGE slit in the silicone spout. My 5 month old can’t use this.. no need to even sterilize and try it out, sending it back. Very very disappointed.

The overall quality is outstanding! My child was able to use it with or without the handles easily. It was easy to clean and it doesn't leak unless he throws it really hard on the floor. It worked perfect when we started weaning off the bottle. I would recommend this sippy cup! Thank you to the weespring parent panel for sending me this sippy cup to try!!

My babe is 6 months old and is just starting to eat solids. Our pediatrician suggested we give her 1-2 oz of water whenever she eats solids. Enter the Philips Advent Natural Sippy Cup. This cup features a soft spout and handles. Our babe loves this sippy. She hasn’t quite mastered lifting the cup up to get the water but she is learning quickly! The training handles make it SO easy for her to hold! The spout of the sippy cup is soft and flexible and she can easily get water out. At the same time it doesn’t come out too quickly for her. We didn’t use the medium flow nipple that came with the cup as babe is exclusively breastfed. Overall I would highly suggest this sippy cup to all! My daughter really likes this cup. The handles are easy for her to grip. The only reason I give it a 4 was because I find the top a little difficult to take off sometimes. But it's to clean and my daughter took to it very quickly. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

This training cup came into our lives at a perfect time. My LO still nurses however she also used a bottle during the day and sometimes at night, so switching her from a bottle to a sip cup was pretty much an easy transition using this bottle. It comes with a medium flow nipple and a soft spout, so the first time my LO used this product I put the medium slow nipple on it to see if she would even take to it due to her pickiness of nipples. After microwaving the bottle for 45 seconds the milk temperature was just right and the handles were only a little warm to hold. To my surprise she held onto the rubber handles and easily latched onto the nipple, instantly and guzzled down the bottle of milk. After the second day I switched the medium nipple to the soft spout and just put water in the bottle to see if she would drink from it at all during the day. Once again, to my surprise she took right to it, this assured me that night time when I gave her a milk bottle before bed, everything would tog smoothly... To my surprise once again, she proved me wrong. Night time was much harder for my LO to take to the sip cup for her night time bottle because I still am working on transitioning her from nursing to bottles. However, out of the few weeks, about a month of having this trainer cup my LO has accepted it more times than not during her last night feeding. Thankfully the bottle is really easy to clean was well with no weird angles or 5 plus different parts to clean, just the bottle, spout and twist on handles. Ah yes and the lid of course, cannot forget that, but it doesn't really get used as much as the rest of the bottle. Thanks to WeeSpring Parent Panel for introducing this training cup into our lives.
