[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think the design of the bottle is perfect for a breastfed baby who is also taking bottles (as my 5 month old is!)…unfortunately, the set only came with size 2 and 3 nipples and the flow is too strong for my licks guy. With additional nipple options, I think the variety of bottle sizes and nipple style would have made this an ideal package. I received this product as part of the stellar product testing panel, in exchange for a fair and honest review!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Philips Avent Natural Baby Bottle Newborn Baby Gift Set is an incredible value for what you receive. I recommend this set for new parents that will be combo feeding. The natural response nipple allowed my twins to easily transition between the breast and bottle since it mimics the breast by requiring suction for release. This helped me get some extra rest since it allowed other caregivers to feed the boys while I rested. The extra Soothie pacifiers provided are very similar to the ones from our hospital and the babies took to them right away. One of my favourite pieces is the sealing disks that allow me to store and transport bottles without the nipple attached which has been a major space saver on the top shelf of the fridge. My only concern would be the bottle brush that is included. While it cleans the bottles well, it is a little to big to be used on the nipples. I will be purchasing more of these bottles to accommodate for both my twins. Thank you Stellar Reviews for providing the bottle set and allowing me to be a part of the testing panel.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was given this bottle set to try as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel. As a breastfeeding mom, it has always been important to me to make sure that my kids are willing and able to drink from bottles as well. I have 3 kids and my eldest is the only one I did not successfully breastfeed with, I pumped and fed for 4 months before switching to formula. Nursing is hard in general and I think particularly hard with your first born. Long story short neither of us were ready and he experienced nipple confusion and essentially refused to breastfeed as a result. Because of this experience with my first I was extra cautious with my second two, always wanting to breast and bottle feed them so that I wasn't the only person able to feed them. These bottles are great because the nipple mimics the shape of the breast which I find helps a breastfed baby to take the bottle more easily, my son had no issue taking the bottle and was so content after feeding with it. I personally love the various flow options because I like to use the low flow option, because psychologically it helps me to feel like my son still has to work for the milk and won't default to wanting only the bottle because it is virtually effortless. I would say that the multiple flow options is my favourite component of the set. My son wasn't very fond of the pacifier, I think he is used to a soft rubber pacifier so this was not his favourite. The design of the pacifier from my point of was good, however, each kid is so different and my little guy didn't like this one. The set itself I would say is the perfect set to gift a new parent, it comes with all the necessary components. If I could add anything it would be a drying rack or even a sterilizer to go with it or to make it an even better gift set, either way this set does the trick and is probably an ideal sampler kit for new parents to test on their child(ren). Overall, a great product and set, my son just didn't like the pacifier (I can live with that).
