Philips Avent Natural Baby Bottles with Natural Response Nipples (Slow Flow, Flow 2), 4oz, 4-pack, SCY900/04

The flow on these bottles are perfect for breast feeding babies. I've tried other brands such as medela and my baby chokes on the flow....but these bottle are perfect. No wasted breast milk is leaked from the sides of my babies mouth. I love these bottles. I just I bought more.

I loved the shape of the nipple because it imitates the breast and the bottle shape is easy to hold and comfortable to have in your hand. The no-drip tip is the best because it does not waste precious breast milk. The nipples come in different flow rates, so you are able to pick the flow that works best for your baby. I love that you are able to find the nipple brand at local and convenient stores if you need to buy more. The bottles were very easy to assemble and clean. Overall, this was a great bottle and we would recommend this set to anyone looking to buy top notch nipple/bottle sets!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this baby bottle from the Stellar Product Testing Panel. As part of this review I received the avent 4oz bottle and both level 2 & 3 flow nipples. I had to jump ughh into the level 3 with my 7wk newborn since I generally have a fast flow when bf, and level 3 is what avent recommends for this scenario. Upon first use, my daughter took right to the nipple with no issue but after 20 min of feeding she had only been able to get about 0.5oz out of the bottle and became distraught and frustrated. 30min in and she was still barely at an ounce and we had to call it quits by switching back to our normal bottles. A typical bottle feed for 4oz takes us 20ish min so for it take 30min for less than an ounce immediately makes this a no-go set up for us. Now there are a few pros to the bottle, the nipple shape makes for an easy transition between breast and bottle. The nipple does not leak AT ALL when tipped upside down so way less concerning to leak everywhere and the bottle is very light weight. Unfortunately after this experience I will not continue use with this bottle, at least not with the new nipple design.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am mostly exclusively breastfeeding my newborn but this nipple from Philips has been the answer to my cluster feeding woes. This is so similar to the shape and functionality of my nipples that it's been a wonderful alternative when I need my husband to feed our newborn some of my pumped milk. I love the lower flow of this as it allows my very enthusiastic drinker to take her time and it's so easy to clean between feedings and I've found that I can sanitize the bottles and nipples with my pumping products as well. The no-drip tip is a major plus for this product because it gives her time to swallow and breathe which is exactly how breastfeeding works. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This bottle by Philips Avent was awesome! My baby is breastfed but had NO issues switching back and fourth from this bottle to breast. She didn't seem to be confused whatsoever. I like how the nipple is shaped too-I believe it allows for no nipple confusion. The best to clean as well! Only a few parts and that's including the lid. Absolutely love that there isn't a million pieces to clean and sanitize. It's so comfortable to hold and I love the 4oz size too. Overall, great bottle that will definitely be used here!
