I was excited to try these bottles initially because of the glass- we've been using a silicone bottle that is great but takes forever to heat up. This one warms so quickly! a major plus when there is a hungry baby crying for their meal. They wash up well, I haven't experienced any leaking and my daughter took to them right away. I got a chance to try these bottles as part of the weeSpring Parent Panel but I recently bought another set on my own to leave at daycare.
Thanks to WeeSpring parent panel for sending me these glass bottles. The package of 3, 8 oz bottles came just in time as my little one is eating more than the standard 4-5 oz bottles. I love the fact that the bottle is glass and I don't have to worry about BPA or the color of the bottle changing after so many washes. The design is great with the bottle easy to hold. Easy to take apart, put together and clean. There are some downfalls to this bottle however. You have to be careful with the bottle since it is glass and can break or it can scratch a surface you set/scoot it on. My little one took to the nipple nicely & he flow is perfect for her. However I noticed she spits up and is quite a bit more gassy then before. Overall the bottle is nice and I would recommend it with the warning of all the downfalls I have found.
Our little girl loves these. Up until we received these to try we had been using their plastic counterparts. At first I was a little worried about whether the glass would get too hot in a warmer, would they be slippery, or would they break. I am happy to report that we have had no such issues. The only noticeable difference between the two versions is that these are heavier, but not cumbersomely so. I got a chance to try these bottles as part of the weeSpring Parent Panel
I got a chance to try these bottles as part of the weeSpring Parent Panel. My wife loved them as soon as she saw them. My son latches to them well and he keeps trying to hold the bottle. My family loves these bottles. We were scared of putting them to sterilize but everything was fine.
I'm not sure why this nipple is called a "natural" nipple and has petals and is wide to try to make it an easy transition from breast to bottle. My 3 month old exclusively breastfed baby just wanted to chew on this nipple. For over 20 mins he chewed on the nipple to drink his 4 ounces of breastmilk. I don't see how it's breastfed baby friendly. We have had better acceptance from other bottle nipples than this one. I do like the glass bottles though. They're surprising lightweight. And the wide opening makes them easy to clean! We were given the opportunity to try this bottle by being part of the WeeSpring Parent Panel.
