we had this product for about 3 months and I hated it. if someone would walk by the signal would be interupted. if I changed the channel I had to get up and re-adjust it(just like old times-felt like Archie Bunker-Hello, this is supposed to be new technology?). do yourself a favor and buy the rca flat antenna (does not need power, and works waaaaaaaaaay better) or a outdoor model.

I picked up the Item and hurry home to find it was broken, the clerk should have open it and that would have saved me gas and time of having to return it,I live 15miles from wal-mart. I purchased a new one and it works great.

I recently purchased a HDTV and wanted to view the local digital channels. On installation and initial adjustment, I started receiving most of the local HDTV broadcasts. After finding the exact direction of the broadcast towers from my home and application of the old standby aluminum foil, I was able to receive all the local HDTV channels. There is a range limitation for rabbit-ears, my residence is about 15 miles from the towers. Be sure to check tower distances before purchase!

I bought this antenna to receive both digital and analog broadcasts. After fooling with it a little while, I got all five of the local digital channels to come in clearly. The analog channels don't look so good, but it doesn't really matter since most of the channels I watch are digital. Being able to connect a cable connection to the back is nice.
