Philips Norelco 2000 series 2100 - Shaver - cordless

I first used a "Philishave" in 1952 at an International Boy Scout-leaders' camp in England. Philips had arranged the installation of shavers for us to use. The Philips company name in the USA is Norelco. I fell in love with the shaver then and have been using one continuously ever since. Not the same one, of course! The design has changed over the years from that "tear-drop" early design in an ivory-white casing, to the triple-head version I now use. My current replacement is everything I expected...thanks for a remarkably consistent product...although at age 86, this may be my last purchase...depending upon this latest replacement's "life".

Received this razor as a gift - it would not have been my choice if I would have purchased it. Battery life is decent, shave is okay, but only after going over and over my face. Would say I have an average to maybe a light hair growth, so its not like I'm trying to save a heavy beard once in a while. Had an older Phillips years ago which I feel did a much better job of shaving. I honestly do not feel I will be keeping this unit; instead will donate it.

The Norelco Shaver is very easy to use. It glides over your face very smoothly and gives you a very close shave. The side feature lets you trim your sideburns with ease, and they turn out perfect every time. I would recommend this product very highly!

Have enjoyed using my new Philips Norelco Shaver 2100 Dry electric shaver. It gives a close and smooth shave. The on & off switch is not easy to use. You have to really get "with it" to push on; but it works well when you get it on. Overall it seems thus far it seems to do well what it was designed to do.

Needed a shaver "on the go" and this product was a great choice! The shaver trapped the excess hair for a better clean up experience. Whether in use during a business trip, in the car on the way to a meeting or before a night out on the town, this shaver really gave great results
