impressed with this, I was skeptical that it would indeed cut my hair off, but it indeed cut all my hair in one swipe! This type of quality is why I love Philips products!

I bought this item recently, so I can't comment on long-term reliability. That said, my initial use was great. It is sharp and cuts well, with no hair pulling. My past experience with similar trimmers is that the little plastic combs tend to break. So I'm pleased that it comes with a bunch of plastic combs. Also: many trimmers have a drawback this one doesn't have. Many only let you charge the trimmer by placing it in the molded plastic base. Which means you have to have available counter space near an outlet for the base. Not all of us have their bathrooms so configured. This one has a cord and charger, which you can use anywhere you want, without needing to have counter space. This trimmer replaces a similar one (a different brand) that lasted 10 years or so. Apart from the old one eventually failing, I think I like this one more. I think it cuts better, and has more and better attachments, including the nose hair trimmer.

Worked great. I'm a 74 year old woman. Did the job for me as I'm not going to the beauty shop because of Covid-19.

Good quality. Importantly, different comb heights give you plenty of choices. Fixed height for 1, 2, 9, 12 & 16mm. Adjustable height for 3, 5, 6 & 7mm. Combs are easily interchangeable. It's waterproof and easy to wash. 1 charge can last approx. 80 min. For Hair on head, face and body. Good deal. Thanks!
