Philips Norelco Multigroom QG3360 Face & Head - Trimmer - cordless - metal look

Same as others have stated, I had this for almost a year and then now the battery won't charge anymore. 30 seconds of operation before battery dies repeatedly after ample time charging it.

This product promises all the features you would want in a groomer. However, if it doesn't take a charge, what good is it?

This product worked great when I first purchased it. After about six months, it won't hold a charge. I have left it charging even overnight, and it works for about 30 seconds and dies. They advertise that the trimmer has 50 minutes of cordless use after one hour of charge time...maybe your first few times of using it,that's it!! Also, the metal guard that I normally use won't stay on the head of the trimmer. I use it to shave my chest/stomach approximately two times a month, so it is not like this product had been extensively used and worn out. That too worked great when I first purchased the product, but quickly deteriorated. I thought Philips was a company with great products, but have been extremely disappointed in this one! I will probably not buy another Philips product again.

I loved everyhing about it, then the third or fourth time i went to use it, it no longer charged. I am so dissapointed.

I love the multi groom it's a wonderful trimmer probably the best I've ever owned. The one downside is after a couple months the main trimmer head has become very loud due to vibration. In the beginning it was very quiet but for some reason the attachment has loosened after only a couple months and is unbelievably loud to the point I got a now trimmer.
