I really don't like to floss but the water flosser makes it easy to do & it actually feels great. The power charge does not always work and the instructions are not really clear but customer service told me to NEVER run the unit when it is plugged in. Also they want the model number which is easy to locate on the bottom of the flosser but I hear the serial number is located somewhere on the battery pack portion....also not indicated in the manual!
this is a replacement to my last Phillips and it is just as good as the previous one. Previous one finally died after a few years of usage (~3 or 4 years). Hopefully this one lasts longer. The supersonic movement cleans teeth like you can never clean teeth with a regular brush.
I recently bought this as a replacement for my other classic Sonicare toothbrush that lasted me at least 7-8 years. This is one of those things in my life I can't live without ... using a "regular" toothbrush is out of the question once you've been spoiled by a Sonicare. The classic, original design is perfect for me and I appreciate it's simplicity, functionality and effectiveness.
A little less powerful than the last one I had. I like the small size, especially the smaller toothbrush head. It's able to fit around the back of my rear teeth easily. I always have a good report at the dentist, who recommends sonicare in his practice.
replaced my 1st sonicare with this one. My first one lasted me 13 years and I loved it. this one has now become my favorite, it seems more powerful than my old one (that could be due to wear and age). I also can reach my back molars easier as the brush head is a little smaller. I always took my sonicare into the shower with me and with kids, sometimes it is pushed or dropped. So far I haven't had any problems, but since the brush head is thinner I worry about it as it may be fragile, but i haven't witnessed that at all. Maybe i am still getting used to it, but so far so good!
